What eats your team’s time runs on its own.

Book an assessment

We build what works for you: your visibility, your visuals, your automations.

Three disciplines, one team. We write your pages, we art-direct and produce your images here, we install the systems that handle your enquiries. There is no tool for you to learn — and everything stays in your name.

Data visualisation: point-cloud terrain, graduated axes and histogram

application / one example in production

No software does this.
We build it.

There is always a task your team does by hand because no tool covers it. We write the missing application, on your server and in your name.

Here is one example: the welcome guide for a holiday rental. The same foundation carries a field handbook, a client portal or a team manual. What changes is the content — not the mechanics.

  • installs on the phone
  • works offline
  • sensitive data behind a password
  • updates without redeploying

visuals / produced in-house

Your campaigns.
No photo shoot.

Art direction, casting, set, light: we decide, then we produce. A series ships in days and extends as far as needed without losing its unity — which is exactly where generators fall apart. You sign off on boards, not prompts.

scope

What we build.

Three families of work. Dedicated VPS, containers, logs, backups and source code in your name — we host nothing ourselves.

Demo: the answers are written in advance, no model is called from this page.

How do you capture my enquiries?

Missed call, email, web form: everything lands on the same entry point. An agent qualifies over several turns, extracts the useful fields and writes straight into your CRM.

  • webhook · telephony
  • imap · attachments
  • tool-calling loop
  • schema-constrained outputs
  • bounded memory
  • crm write

Do you read my PDFs and emails?

Yes. OCR then a multimodal model, output validated against a typed schema. Anything below the confidence threshold goes to a human review queue rather than into your data.

  • OCR
  • multimodal model
  • schema validation
  • reference reconciliation
  • review queue

Does it answer on my own documents?

Your documents are chunked, indexed and queried with hybrid search. Answers cite their sources, and each user’s permissions are applied at the index — not after the fact.

  • semantic chunking
  • vector index
  • hybrid search
  • reranking
  • cited answers
  • permissions at the index

What happens when it breaks?

Every run is logged, retried and alerted on. The chains are idempotent: the same event replayed does not create two quotes.

  • idempotency
  • queues
  • exponential backoff
  • structured logs
  • alerts
  • cost per run

How do you produce the visuals?

From reference images and a fixed seed, which holds the character and the set from one shot to the next. Retouching goes through masks, not a new prompt.

  • reference images
  • fixed seed
  • character consistency
  • set consistency
  • mask retouching
  • upscaling

And video?

Image-to-video from shots already approved, with motion control and keyframe transitions. Formats are exported in batches.

  • image-to-video
  • motion control
  • keyframe transitions
  • 9:16
  • 1:1
  • 16:9
  • burned-in subtitles

How do I show up in Google and in AI answers?

Two separate jobs. Classic indexing turns on rendering, markup and performance. Generative engines quote short, sourced passages: those have to be written for them.

  • render verified at crawl
  • JSON-LD per entity
  • canonicals
  • hreflang
  • crawl budget
  • INP
  • LCP
  • FAQPage
  • disambiguated entities
  • quotable passages

Do you build bespoke applications?

When no off-the-shelf software fits. Web or installable application, relational database, typed API, roles. The source code is handed over.

  • web or installable
  • relational database
  • typed API
  • roles
  • versioned migrations
  • containers
  • code handed over

Where does all this run?

On a VPS in your name, not ours. Accounts, logs, backups and code belong to you — we could disappear and the installation would keep running.

  • dedicated VPS
  • containers
  • encrypted backups
  • restore tested
  • revocable access
  • source code handed over

What does it cost?

The assessment is free and lasts 45 minutes. After that: setup from €1,200, build from €3,500, ongoing support from €490 a month. We quote after seeing your processes, never before.

faq

The questions we actually get asked.

Visibility, visuals, systems — does doing all three make sense?

It is one chain. A page that ranks brings an enquiry; a visual makes it credible; a system handles it without anyone rekeying it. Split across three suppliers, each optimises their own piece and nobody answers for the result. You can take a single line: the assessment will tell you which one pays off most for you, even if it is not the one you expected.

Where does our data go?

On a server rented in your name, in the country you choose. We hold a maintenance access you can revoke. The AI models used are configured not to retain your exchanges, and we tell you which ones are called at each step. If a process must stay in-house, we run it locally.

What does it cost, all in, the first year?

A first complete use case — setup then build — runs between €4,000 and €8,000 depending on complexity. On top of that, infrastructure costs between €20 and €80 a month, billed directly by the provider, in your name. Ongoing support is optional. We quote after the assessment, never before.

Does it replace someone on the team?

In the projects we have run, no: it takes over the repetitive share of the work — data entry, follow-ups, first triage, formatting. If your goal is to cut a role, say so at the assessment: we will tell you whether that is realistic, and often the answer is no. An automation that prepares a quote does not decide a price.

Do we need technical skills in-house?

No to use it, yes to take back control of the configuration. That is what the handover is for: someone on your team can stop the system, change a template message and read the logs. The rest goes through us or any other supplier — the tools used are standard.

Does it work with our current tools?

Most of the time yes: calendars, mailboxes, CRMs, common till and booking software all interconnect. The hard cases are older line-of-business tools with no external access. We check at the assessment, before any commitment, and we tell you if it is blocked.

And if you disappear?

The server, the accounts and the subscriptions are in your name, the documentation sits with you. Your automations keep running without us. That is exactly why we refuse to host anything in our own name: it would make you dependent, and there is nothing in it for you.
